What is taking so long to ship my order?

Delays are common when our business is run with just a few awesome people. For grow kits delays are sometimes in our lab because the kits come with fully colonized grains and another delay is manure. PooGod still hauls manure from our ranch in Texas to this main site to process. We make runs a few times a year with a limited stock. Then we still process and pasteurize these batches and that can take some extra time. Our shipping times can vary very fast or up to 30 days so please be aware of this when making orders or waiting patiently for an order.

What is happening in my grow kit?

If you send us some pics on our social or via text message, we can happily assist with your current situation. We are working a lot so just be patient with any replies and be polite. 

How do I use the products?

Depending on the products like our shredded versus pasteurized manure one is an additive to your substrate, and one is a ready-to-use product. Anything that says sterilized or pasteurized is a ready to use product from our site. We have manufactured those items here for you which is why we are terrible at communication our hands are covered in poo a lot. 

PooGod Grow kits have instructions that can easily guide you.  After 30 days upon delivery, we do not refund or replace items. 

Why are there two websites to order from and what is the difference?

PooGod Texas is the original PooGod site. PooGod Colorado became the center hub as our partnership grew and our needs surpassed our Texas site. Basically, we have way more space here to work. Instead of combining the two, it has just been easier to not confuse anyone when looking for PooGod products. The recipe has not changed in over a decade. All products now ship from Colorado.
